before Northeastern I developed skills in Data Science and ML.

with Northeastern I added many Binf tools and computational methods.

XGB Gait Classifier

Parkinson’s freezing of Gait classifier used feature engineering, KMeans clustering followed by an XGB classifier to predict the progression of Parkinson’s disease using UPDRS data taken from three different axes for patients at different stages. data was provided as part of research funded through the Kaggle competition.
